What to say about this hopeless cloud provider where no one is satisfied. This is woeful and pathetic cloud provider. With poor support to their customer.

The main reason I went to this cloud provider was of the brand name. But they are not providing the service, support or features according to their brand name. Really a disappointment.

Being associated with Oracle since last 1 years, though 1 is just a number for them. They don’t know how to value their customers. The technical support is inefficient, and the staffs talk rudely quite often. They claim to provide 24/7 support, but it’s a big gimmick to attract users. Don’t fall for it.
