The main reason in this cloud provider is of the brand name. Softlayer gives the best offers and good tools to their customer, but they need to improve lot of their services and features in their cloud server.

Since past 2 months, I’m facing a lot of issue and problems from this cloud provider. And even I tried contacting their customer support, but there is no proper response and now had moved to another cloud provider. My suggestion is that not to go to this cloud because they provide worst and dissatisfied services.

I am not going to recommend Softlayer Cloud to anyone. Their services are very bad compared to other cloud hosting services. It’s better to go for any other cloud hosting services but not RSoftlayer Cloud. They are not providing good services nor good price.
